The reason for this is because every house is different and unless you custom build you house you will have to settle down for something that does not fully match your search criteria. Also, looking at different houses will slow down the process. Even if you like different types of properties you should try to narrow them down before you start hunting.

Try to avoid unbiased second opinions because most likely their people won’t be living with you and often these folds are offering their opinion based on their own housing needs. Finally, don’t expect perfection because every house is different. You might find a house with a large bedroom and a small bathroom or a small bedroom with a small bathroom and a large closet. You might find a house with a large kitchen and a small living room or a small drive way with a huge backyard.
