A security deposit is usually equal to three times the rent, which includes the first and last month’s rent. For instance, if the rent is $1000.00, then the deposit is $3000.00. The security deposit is refundable after the lease term is over.

To verify your income, we need the following documents: Your most recent two paystubs and two bank statements. If you are self-employed, you may also need to provide your last two tax returns, depending on the landlord’s requirements.

A pet deposit is a one-time charge that varies depending on the property. It covers any potential damages caused by pets. The average amount is $500.00.

The fee for background screening is $150, which covers married couples. Unmarried individuals who are 18 or older pay an additional $25 each. The fee is not refundable. Different associations or Management Companies may have different screening fees depending on the community.
