Revenue Commitment

Our Revenue Commitment is simple: we’re only successful when you are.
There are two ways to this Commitment:
1. We can commit to revenue base on last year’s rental income.
2. We can commit to revenue base on market value and history of other rental properties in the area.
The second feature is mainly for new property owners who are looking to get their property manage by professionals.

Net Revenue

The Commitment is based on net revenue and only applicable if your rental is currently being managed by another property management company. The Commitment for owners managing their own property is also based on net rental revenue. Other terms and conditions apply.

Qualification


In order to initially qualify, you must have rented your home for at least one year (12 consecutive months) and be able to provide the proper documentation demonstrating your net rental revenue during that period.


What we do


We manage every aspect of your rental property, helping you earn more revenue with effective marketing, listing optimization and a dedicated reservation team. You’ll gain peace of mind with our industry-leading tenant screening technology and unparalleled home repairs and maintenance.

Fees

Our fees include operating, controlling, and overseeing your real estate managing Accounting, Bookkeeping, Hospitality, Maintenance, and Customer Service. We do all this and more at an industry-low commission rate, typically half the average rate of 25-35%.

PBRIS Revenue Commitment Terms and Conditions:

We Commit up to our management commission earned and the PBRIS Commitment is not intended to solicit the breach of an existing rental management agreement.
