The total deposit can range from 2x to 4x the monthly rent, with lower credit scores resulting in higher deposits due to increased risk.

The application fee is $150 per applicant aged 18 or older unless married. The approval process typically takes 24-48 hours.

Our assessment involves more than just reviewing your credit score. We consider your debt-to-income ratio and check for any eviction records on your credit report. Additionally, some communities enforce specific credit and income restrictions—if applicable, we’ll let you know.

A background check is required to review eviction history and criminal records. Certain communities may impose restrictions based on your background.

You’ll also need to provide your last two pay stubs. In some cases, we may request your most recent two bank statements and tax returns from the past two years.
